Raw chipboard with standard density

Raw particle boards are the basic semi-finished product used by the furniture industry. Their structure is three-layered. It is created by pressing small fractions of wood, which ensures ease of processing and stability of physical, mechanical and dimensional parameters. Both outer layers are made of fine fractions and form the surface of the plate with a low roughness. Thanks to this structure, these boards can be covered with thin foils or veneers while ensuring high tear resistance. The middle layer is made of thicker fractions, which positively affects the flexibility of the board. The transition between the successive layers of chipboard is smooth, which makes the structure more uniform. This results in an improvement in the strength parameters of the slab.

In our company, we offer raw chipboards with the following parameters:

  • formats: 2800x2070mm, 2750x1830mm, 2440x1830mm, 3500x1750mm
  • thickness: 8, 10, 12, 15, 16, 18, 22, 25, 28, 32, 38mm
  • slab density: depending on the thickness, from 625 to 740 kg / m3
  • formaldehyde emission class: E05, E1
  • approvals: FSC,
Application
  • Chipboard is successfully used to refine furniture fronts by laminating and veneering. It is also used for direct use - as structural elements in the production of upholstered furniture.
